Production/Ship times
• Stock Apparel & Signage: Ships within 48 hours if placed before 2pm MST.
• Custom Signs: Ships within 60 hours if placed before 2pm MST.
• Custom Embroidered Apparel: Ships within 2 weeks.
*Canadian Delivery: In addition to shipping charges, Canadian orders will be charged for customs, taxes, duties, and other charges that may be applied. These charges will be billed separately by KOA Inc.
All Canadian orders will be delivered to KOA.
The KOA shipping department will weigh each order, access costs, and contact each Canadian kampground, before the order is shipped, to inform them of costs and options for shipping.
*Standard Return Policy
You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus our 20% re-stocking fee. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery.
If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. If you need to do a size exchange, you may do so by covering the shipping costs to and from (no 20% re-stocking fee will apply).
